There's plenty of those sludgy riffs and unique vocals. Some are shouted out but they are almost always layered or have an echo or something on them for a cool effect. Bring on the Psychics isn't quite to the level of Quicksand's last release, Distant Populations, but it's not too far behind. Another enjoyably solid album here.
